Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you 🤍
Please review the policy below before booking:
• A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit
• Same-day cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit
• No call / No shows will NOT be charged 100%, but will be blocked from future bookings
⏰ Late Policy (10-Minute Grace Period) ⏰
I respect your time and ask that you respect mine ✨
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed
• Arriving after 15 minutes will result in appointment cancellation and or a $15 late fee charge.
•After 20 minutes appointment will have to be rescheduled.
• Late cancellations after 10 minutes are considered same-day cancellations
• Deposit will be forfeited if applicable
• Repeated lateness may result in booking restrictions
